Who we are

Affinesse is a car detailing and paint protection studio at 22 Oak Street,Dingley Village VIC 3172. This policy explains how we handle personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number and email address, when you save a quote, book or contact us.
• Details about your car: make, model, condition, how it’s used and the work you choose.
• Photos of your car, taken at drop-off and during the work, or sent to us for a quote.
• Payment details, handled by our payment provider. We don’t store card numbers.
• Basic technical information when you visit this site, such as your browser and the pages you view, collected by our website host.

How we use it

• To prepare and confirm your quote, book your car in and do the work.
• To keep you updated while your car is with us, and to follow up afterwards.
• To register and honour your warranty, which may mean sharing your details with the product manufacturer.
• To send you care reminders or news, only if you’ve agreed. You can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the studio, such as our booking, messaging and accounting tools, and with product manufacturers for warranty registration.

Quote links

The answers in our quote builder are kept in the page address, so anyone you send a quote link to can see that quote. Saved quotes are sent to you as a private link.

Keeping it safe

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the work, your warranty and our legal obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse and loss.
